Work Overview

We designed a standout booth for Kotak's White Reserve Credit Card at a high-profile concert. The challenge involved adhering to environmental protocols while creating an engaging and premium design. We developed two booth locations, each designed to attract and engage concertgoers effectively.

Objectives

Our main objective was to develop a booth design that departed from conventional event structures, embodying the premium essence of the Kotak White Card. The design aimed to be visually appealing, creating a lasting impression on concertgoers. Furthermore, we sought to integrate an engaging activity—the Cash Cube—to attract and entertain attendees, thus generating significant interest and foot traffic at the booth.

Challenges

The primary challenge was to create an environmentally compliant yet visually striking booth design that stood out in a crowded event space. We needed to ensure the design was premium and inviting, aligning with Kotak's brand image while also being practical for the event’s logistics. Additionally, coordinating approvals from both the Kotak team and BookMyShow required efficient communication and planning.

How we did it

The goal was to design a booth that broke away from traditional event structures, presenting an innovative and appealing setup that highlighted the exclusivity of the Kotak White Card. The planning phase was meticulous, ensuring design finalisation and approvals were secured well in advance. The design concept featured a wavy structure, symbolising fluidity and sophistication. A main attraction, the Cash Cube Activity, was incorporated to draw attendees, offering participants the chance to win prizes and creating substantial foot traffic at the booth. The GA booth, one of the largest at the venue, and the VIP booth, though smaller, both maintained a cohesive and premium aesthetic.
