We designed a premium booth experience for Kotak’s White Reserve Credit Card at a high-profile concert, ensuring environmental compliance while delivering a visually striking and engaging design. With two strategically positioned booth locations, we maximized brand visibility, effectively attracting and engaging concertgoers.
Our primary objective was to create a booth design that broke away from conventional event structures, capturing the exclusive and premium essence of the Kotak White Reserve Credit Card. The design aimed to be visually captivating, leaving a lasting impression on attendees. Additionally, we incorporated an interactive engagement activity—the Cash Cube—to boost attendee participation and foot traffic, enhancing brand interaction.
A key challenge was developing a visually distinctive yet environmentally compliant booth that stood out in a crowded event space. The design needed to reflect Kotak’s premium brand identity while also being logistically feasible for the concert setup. Furthermore, seamless coordination between Kotak and BookMyShow was crucial for timely approvals and execution.
The booth design was envisioned to be innovative and sophisticated, moving beyond traditional event structures to emphasize exclusivity and fluidity. The wavy structure embodied elegance and modernity, while the Cash Cube Activity became a major attraction, engaging attendees and driving traffic to the booth. The GA booth, one of the largest at the venue, and the VIP booth, though more intimate, maintained a consistent premium aesthetic, reinforcing the Kotak White Reserve Card’s elite appeal.
