For our client, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), our event team crafted a memorable and vibrant Holi celebration, held under the name “BCG Rangotsav.” This festive gathering was designed to bring BCG’s employees together for an evening of colour, joy, and entertainment across two locations in India – Hotel Le Meridien in Delhi and Hotel Taj Whitefield in Bangalore.
1. Customised Dance Floor: A dance floor with a unique, randomised design element added an artistic touch, setting the stage for lively celebrations.
2. Island Bar: A four-sided, open bar layout to serve guests seamlessly, designed to fit the colourful theme.
3. Bamboo Photo Booth: A custom-designed photo booth made of bamboo provided an eco-friendly, memorable photo op for attendees.
4. Holi Colours: Brightly coloured powders were distributed to encourage participation in the Holi spirit.
5. Tree and Venue Decor: The entire venue was decorated with an explosion of colours and natural elements, creating an inviting atmosphere that embodied the essence of Holi.
6. Floral Arrangements: Fresh flowers were offered to add a delicate, festive touch.
7. DJ Console Backdrop: A customised backdrop behind the DJ booth elevated the visual experience and complemented the event’s color centeric theme.
With over 400 attendees at each location, BCG Rangotsav became a joyful, immersive experience that celebrated Holi in style. The vibrant decor, personalised elements, and thoughtful setup combined to create an unforgettable evening for all participants.
